Simple salads with great dressing. In addition, great daily specials and a perfect wine store. Always happy and there is no alternative to the orientation of the location in Gifhorn.

In my opinion, the bistro deserves at least 5 stars. The employees were very, very friendly to us, both when reserving a table by phone and on site. Breakfast is also highly recommended. The rolls were still warm when we got them and everything was very fresh and nicely presented. The price-performance ratio is also consistent and the ambience is very pleasant.

The food is generally delicious and the service is nice. Lately, however, savings have been made on the salad, the side dish looked like baked goods on the last visit. That's a shame, because otherwise the food was always great. Once we had the misfortune that they made us wait 45 minutes (with an infant) and apparently just forgot about us. After asking several times and asking for more drinks (which just didn't come like the food), we left the restaurant. Generally recommended. However, if the owner is not careful and the shop continues to run like this, it will cost customers.

Very nice restaurant in the middle of Gifhorn city center. Vegetarian and normal offers on the menu. Cocktails are very tasty, but also a bit more expensive (not overpriced, just a little above the standard of the bars in the district). Nice service.

I am there regularly and always enjoy coming back. The food is great. (especially the Pizza Pollo!) I love the atmosphere and the staff and the boss are always super friendly and very personable. Is my favorite restaurant!

Lovely place and atmosphere. Just had a big breakfast with Prosecco and my sister had the cheese breakfast. Great choice of coffee. Limited black tea choices.

We have often had breakfast here and enjoyed it. Quantity was more than sufficient and the taste was great. However, you should bring some time with you, as you have to wait longer for breakfast or sometimes for the waitress. Staff is friendly. For breakfast I would always reserve a table the day before.

The location is highly recommended. The mango-mint-elderberry-spritzer is a special feature and should be tried on hot days! The pizza looks a bit inconspicuous, but really tastes surprisingly good! The staff is very friendly and attentive. We are sure to come back on occasion.

Here I would only eat pizza. The croques were crunchy but unfortunately the sauce, with which it was not saved, covered the whole taste, I wonder why. The waitress was friendly, but seemed inexperienced and did not talk much, which led to a strange silence after we ordered. The dessert (raspberry pannacotta in pancake rolls) was quick on the table and tasted really good. On a second visit we ordered pizza, which was surprisingly cheap and delicious. Nothing extraordinary, but just the price and we did not regret, even a second visit dared :). Conclusion: pizza good, pancakes good, the rest..well.

Nice cafe / bistro in the city center of Gifhorn. The food is really good, for a reasonable price. The nice conditions are unfortunately not quite up to scratch, so only 4 stars, but it can still be worked on. recommendable
